I. Love. This. Product.
I really do. It has proved a HUGE hit here in our house, and it's so handy.
It's called, if you haven't already worked it out, the Toosh Coosh (RRP $49.95). Basically, a cushion for your little ones, er, tooshies.
It's a good looking support seat to use at the dinner table, the desk, the movies - wherever you can find a chair basically for your kids who have moved past the high chair and booster seat stage.
It's not like those rock hard booster seats you get (and which we endured for years) where the food gets stuck in the grooves and you have to take it apart to clean it before spending the next three hours trying to put it back together. Ugh! I mean, they're handy for the real littlies (especially if you don't want them to go anywhere), but once your kids are bigger and more independent - the Toosh Coosh is perfect. PERFECT.
It's easy to clean. SOFT (it's so comfy, Hubby once fell asleep on the floor in front of the tv with the Toosh Coosh under his head. True story). Ergonomically designed so their little tooshies (can you tell I love that word?) fit in so comfortably.
|The ergonomic design makes it even more comfy.|
It's sits in place beautifully without the need of harnesses and straps etc (it has an added safety feature underneath - criss cross lines to ensure a good grip on the chair). Perfect for kids aged 3 to 8 years of age - not to mention easily moved/put away/cleaned - and it looks good.
Quite frankly, the 7yo and the 4yo both love using it. They kind of take turns. This morning, the 7yo said to his little brother, "Hey - you get to use it in the day time when I'm at school - I want it this morning!"
|The 4yo won. Here he is at breakfast this morning.|
It comes with a carry case too, so you can easily take it with you places - the local restaurant, the movies, the grandparents' house.
Seriously, we love it here. We have it in black, but I hear a new red one will be available soon. Ooooh! Pretty.
Want one for your kidlet?
All you have to do is leave a comment by Tuesday 8 March, 6pm AEDT and the 4yr old will pull a name out of a hat Wednesday morning. I'll post the winner up on my noticeboard that day. Comp is open to all Aussie residents.
